Orders placed can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting our support email at

Cancellation requests MUST be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed to attempt to cancel the order. Rush-Order items are usually shipped within 24 hours so these requests must be sent in as soon as possible after placing the order.

If you order contains stocked items with pre-ordered listings, then your order will NOT ship until all items are in stock.

Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 20% cancellation fee. This includes all items that are currently in-stock, and all pre-order items. If your order is cancelled by us for any reason without your request, you will NOT be charged the 20% cancellation fee.

All sales are final if shipment is opened. If product is damaged in any way shape or form, email us at support@darksaiyancards.net and we will make it right. TCG products are final sales.
